Project Delivery

Now you have a documented set of drawings and specifications. You know exactly what you want. Its time for delivery – asap.

Key services include:

Project Planning – putting together a work schedule, time frame and cost approximation, by reference to industry standards, from the anticipated start date to finish date.

Engineering Details & Working Drawings – if necessary, briefing and liaising with engineers and architects, draftspersons or specialist builders, to obtain technical advice to ensure that any structural work is safe, sound and compliant with industry Codes and Standards.

Authority Approvals – if necessary, obtaining all necessary consents and approvals, including Development Plan Consent, Building Rules Consent and the Council’s Development Approval.

Contractor Quotes & Tendering Builders – sourcing quality workmanship, checking for necessary licenses and insurances, preparing and distributing the project brief, providing details of quotes chased and received, evaluating the information received.

Project Co-Ordination - contracting your project team, attending regular site meetings and getting regular progress reports, ordering products and materials, co-ordinating tradespeople and other contractors, managing regular payments and project cash flow, arranging quality inspections, preparing a pre-completion report of any defects, obtaining necessary completion certificates and achieving practical completion - on time and on budget.
