• co-ordinating your contractors and liaising with various professionals (such as surveyors, engineers, architects, draftspersons and environmental consultants), builders and trades people (including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters), landscape gardeners, fine craftspeople and suppliers
• attending daily site meetings with your various trades people and suppliers
• providing you with regular progress reports
• being your day-to-day problem solver, cash flow manager and project time keeper
• paying attention to detail - including minimal disruption, site cleaning, quality standards and practical completion inspections
• maintaining the vision for your project to delivery.
